HOW TO APPLY

* Application forms are available at Block-A or anyone can download the same from website .( i.e. www.matriz.in)

Applications duly filled in prescribed form should be submitted at Block-A. Documents required–

    1. Three attested copies of 10th admit card as proof of age.
    2. Three attested copies of mark sheet of 10th or 12th or Equivalent.
    3. Caste Certificate for claiming belonging to ST/SC/OBC/MOBC from appropriate authority as decided from time to time.
    4. Six copies of recent stamp colour size photographs. (not attested)
    5. For Civil / Architectural, original documents (Which will be returned after v a r i f i c a t i o n . )

ADMISSION SESSION:

    1. Summer session:From 1st May to 31th July.
    2. Winter Session:From 1st November to 31st January

SEAT ALLOTMENT:

    1. Three Years Diploma/Five Years Degree:
      • Computer Science & Engineering : 35 seats.
      • Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering : 30 seats.
      • Automobile Engineering : 30 seats.
      • Civil Engineering : 30 seats
      • Architectural Engineering : 30 seats
    2. Four Years Degree:
        1. Computer Science & Engineering: 35 seats.
        2. Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering: 30 seats.
        3. Information Techonology :30 seats.
    3. UniversityCourses (P.T.U)

      i)PGDCA : 30 seats
      ii) BCA : 30 seats
      iii) B.Sc.(IT) : 30seats

Reservation of seats:

    1. 15% reservation for SC
    2. 15% reservation for ST
    3. 10% reservation for OBC/MOBC

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1) WORKING HOURS :

Class hours will be from 9 am to 4 pm and the respective class routine will be notified on the Notice Board just before session begins.

(2)ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE :

    1. 80% attendance out of all lectures in each subject is must.
    2. Under Medical ground ,shortage of attendance up to 40% can be considered.A Student absent from his/her classes on medical ground, must produce valid medical Certificate immediately on reporting to attend after sickness.
    3. If a student fails to attend in classes continuously for 15 days or more without valid reason then his /her name will be stuck off from the attendance book.Such students will have to pay rupees 1000 /- for re-admission.

(3)FEES:

The tuition fees for each branch and course is given page no 5. That fees doesn't include the registration fees, examination fees,project,training, practical (in Industry or out side college). The cheque or DD should be drawn in favour of ‘MATRIZ’, payable at Guwahati.
